I work with individuals and couples experiencing a range of relational issues—from communication struggles to healing from betrayal or affairs; reconnecting with your partner; mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, or loneliness; divorce; and supporting LGBTQIA+ couples.

My goal is to create a safe environment for individuals and couples to fully explore themselves in order to live a wholehearted life.

    It’s never too soon or too late to meet with a therapist. I’ve worked with a wide range of couples from those who have just started dating to those who have been together for decades.
